Southeast Asia is seeing a rapid uptake of e-commerce as it soared to 63 per cent or rathr $62 billion in 2020 according to a recent e-Conomy SEA 2020 report. Consumers are shifting from offline to online for their retail therapy amid lockdowns. E-commerce is enabling business, especially SMEs, to find new ways to meet customer demand and keep them engaged and entertained with virtual experience.
