About this session

Southeast Asia is currently building a unicorn club of its own, from e-commerce to digital payments, from travel to ride-hailing. Given the region’s new phase of investment growth, Bain & Co predicts that Southeast Asia will produce at least 10 new unicorns by 2024, with projected deal value totalling US$70bn over the next five years. What will these new  entrepreneurs need to do to transform their startup to a unicorn?  When should they scale up? What happens if funding dries up? Is talent an issue?
