New Clark City (NCC) is a new clean, smart and green metropolis consisting of 23,400 acres and accommodating up to 1.2 million people. NCC aims to be a regional transport and investment hub for the country, solving some of the problems that Manila is currently facing including pollution and gridlock traffic. NCC is an ambitious land development but how will the government ensure that urban reality does not clash with master-plan dreams?
