Pham Ngoc Minh Trang is a lecturer at Faculty of International Relations, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University. Her work focuses on international dispute settlements, international law and international institutions, particularly on the South China Sea disputes and ASEAN. Trang was a research fellow at the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea (ITLOS) in 2015, and at the US-Asian Law Institute (USALI) - New York University in 2019. She is currently a member of the Young Leaders Program of Pacific Forum.
